The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched an open competition on the Prozorro platform to select a manager for an apartment in Odesa belonging to the family of a russian general. The property was seized in the framework of criminal proceedings and transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the investigative judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odesa.

The apartment, with a total area of 1,012.6 square meters, is located in a business-class residential building near the seaside. The property is fully furnished and ready for occupancy.

The competition has been announced in the Prozorro system. Companies that meet the qualification requirements (except the asset owners and representatives of the aggressor state) are invited to participate.

The deadline for submission of tender proposals is 18:00 on 22 October 2025.
