The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has announced an open competition on the Prozorro system to select asset managers for the property of LLC “Terminal Karpaty” in Zakarpattia region, including a logistics center with an area of over 21,500 sq.m. The seized assets were transferred to ARMA pursuant to rulings of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv and the Berehivskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast.
Previously, acting on the instructions of the Head of ARMA, employees of the Western Interregional Territorial Department conducted an inspection of the logistics complex. At the same time, based on the results of the competition, ARMA selected an appraiser for the assets — LLC “Ukrainian Chamber Of Commerce And Experts”, which valued them at over UAH 190 million.
LLC “Terminal Karpaty” is a key logistics complex offering broad opportunities for international transportation. It is a fully developed infrastructure hub capable of supporting large-scale transport and logistics operations.
It is worth noting that the single property complex was divided into five lots to broaden the scope of potential participants. In particular:
- Lot 1 – Administrative building in the city of Chop
- Lot 2 – Industrial complex in the urban-type settlement of Batyovo, including a hangar (connected to both Ukrainian and European standard railway tracks), a pumping station, a reservoir, a transformer substation, and other facilities
- Lot 3 – Office building in the village of Svoboda
- Lot 4 – 7 vehicles
- Lot 5 – Corporate rights and charter capital
The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 14 July 2025 at 18:00. Auction details and participation conditions are available at the provided link.
ARMA emphasizes the importance of engaging professional asset managers to ensure transparent, efficient, and effective use of seized assets in the interests of the state and society.
