The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched the open competitions on the Prozorro platform to select managers for an elite real estate in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The assets were seized and transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a court rulings within criminal proceedings.
The assets include:
A residential building (647 sq. m) near the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra (Dobrovolchykh Batalioniv/Panfilovtsiv Street) and four land plots.
A property in the Obukhiv district of the Kyiv region: a house (almost 1,300 square metres) and 10 land plots (a total of 4.8 hectares).
An apartment (255.5 square metres) in Kyiv's Pechersk district (Andriy Verkhogliad/Mykhailo Dragomirova Street) and two parking spaces.
An apartment (208.7 square metres) in central Kyiv (Institutskaya Street) and two parking spaces.
Apartment (149.2 sq. m) in the centre of Kyiv (Institutskaya Street) and two parking spaces.
Land plot (0.2049 hectares) in the Obukhiv district of the Kyiv region.
ARMA invites interested companies that meet the qualification requirements, in particular real estate agencies, to participate in open competitions and submit their proposals by 28 October 2025.
Owners of seized assets and representatives of the aggressor state are not eligible to participate.
