05-05-2025

Effective asset management is a key task of ARMA. The National Asset Recovery andManagement Agency (ARMA) is taking decisive action to protect state interests in response to theobstruction of utility access for property under its management.

Earlier, following an open competition, ARMA transferred non-residential premises in Kyiv to themanagement of LLC “Envil and ensured access to the seized asset for the manager, despiteattempts by representatives of the owner to block the process. As a result, the new asset managerhas already secured initial revenues for the state budgetover 30,000 UAH has been transferredunder the terms of the agreement.

However, ARMA now reports an unjustified disconnection of these premises from electricity andwater supply. Despite multiple written requests from the asset manager, the "Kapitoliy" condominium association (OSBB) refuses to restore utility services. This also prevents properpolice security of the premises.

ARMA has officially addressed OSBB "Kapitoliy", emphasizing the inadmissibility of actionsthat harm state interests and hinder the effective management of seized assets.

We emphasize: any actions that create artificial obstacles to the use of seized assets will not gounanswered. ARMA will take all legal measures to protect the state's rights and ensureuninterrupted management of property under its control.
