Pursuant to a request from the Main Investigation Department of the State Bureau of Investigation, ARMA found and traced the assets of the head of the state forestry enterprise and other related individuals and legal entities.

The pre-trial investigation established that the main suspect provided unaccounted timber supplies to a commercial entity. In turn, this company, after processing wood, exported forest products abroad.

The National Agency has identified and traced the following property of the defendants, the value of which exceeds their legitimate income:

residential real estate – 13 units,

non-residential real estate – 4 units,

vehicles – 12 pcs,

shares in the authorized capital – UAH 18 168 777,

land plots – 13.

According to Pavlo VELYKORECHANIN, the Deputy Head of ARMA, the Agency has already passed the information to the Main Investigation Department of the State Bureau of Investigation for appropriate measures, including seizure and subsequent confiscation of the traced assets.
