On September 28, 2018, the order of the ARMA “On approval of forms of documents drawn up in the course of monitoring the effectiveness of asset management” came into force, and had registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2017, № 1023/32475.

The regulatory legal act was developed in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Special Law, Procedure for Monitoring the Effectiveness of Asset Management, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 351 dated May 10, 2018, with the aim of systematizing the forms of documents, which are drawn up during the ARMA monitor the effectiveness of asset management.

The order approved the forms of documents drawn up in the course of monitoring by the officials of ARMA the effectiveness of asset management.

At the moment, with the adoption of this regulatory legal act, the construction of the legal framework of ARMA for implementation of measures to monitor the effectiveness of asset management has been completed.
