The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets derived from Corruption and Other Crimes has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the National Commission for the Regulation of State Financial Services Markets.

According to the Memorandum, the National Agency will have access to automated information systems, registries and data banks, the owner (administrator) of which is the National Commission.

The document will allow cooperation and exchange of information on the finding, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes in the financial services market (except for the market of banking services and markets for securities and derivative securities) and determine the access and security measures protection of information processing.
