The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) continues to engage professional market participants in the management of seized property

Currently, an open competition is underway for the selection of a manager for theassets of the IDS Ukraine group, one of the largest bottled water producers inUkraine, as well as for real estate assets that belonged to sanctioned oligarchKostiantyn Zhevago.

At the same time, the National Agency is preparing a number of other seized assetsfor transfer into management. These include the «Betonbud» plant in Lviv, the«Mozart» hotel and restaurant complex in Odesa, the assets of the «Kerambud»group of companies, as well as the property complex of the «Kryoin» enterprise. Upon completion of the independent valuation of these assets, open competitions forthe selection of managers will be announced.

Separately, preparations are ongoing for the sale of the dry cargo vesselEMMAKRIS III in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

All competitions are conducted under the new rules introduced as part of theARMAs reform. The updated approaches provide for transparent selectionprocedures, clear criteria for evaluating candidates, enhanced oversight of managersactivities and competitive conditions for participation.

ARMA is interested in attracting the broadest possible range of reputable andprofessional market participants who possess the necessary experience, resources andmanagerial capacity to work with complex assets. Participation in the competitions isan opportunity for businesses to contribute to the effective management of seizedassets, ensure their preservation and increase their economic value in the interests ofthe state.

The National Agency will continue to ensure the openness of competition proceduresand equal conditions for all participants, which will contribute to increasing theeffectiveness of seized asset management and boosting revenues to the state budget.
