Today, on August 22, 2017, a meeting was held by representatives of the National Agency, Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine and Department of Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine.

As a result, the unified approaches to the content of the functions of the National Agency were developed, and a common position was agreed on the application in practice legislation on managements of assets seized in criminal proceedings.

The parties are determined to cooperate on issues related to the implementation of state policy in the field of finding and tracing of assets that can be subject to seizure in criminal proceedings and / or management of assets, seized or confiscated in criminal proceedings.
