The highlights of ARMA's activities for the week of April 8-12, 2024 in a brief digest

Head of ARMA Olena Duma took part in an online meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in the presence of 57 delegates from 15 countries.


At the initiative of ARMA, the Government approved an order to transfer shares of Ukrnaftoburinnya (7 shares) to Ukrnafta, which will allow the company to hold a general meeting and pay dividends under the management agreement. We expect almost a billion!

ARMA sold 1,553 cubic metres of liquefied gas at an auction held by Prozorro.Sale, which contributed more than UAH 50 million to the state budget.


ARMA held a working meeting with the Interpol National Central Bureau in Ukraine to strengthen asset tracing abroad.
 

The agency found the property of the fictitious benefactors, in particular, 350 cars.


The National Agency has decided to return funds in the amount of UAH 1.9 million to Liberty Finance LLC in connection with the enforcement of a court decision cancelling the seizure of funds transferred into management.


The ARMA presented the concept of creating a new profession of "Digital Detective" to representatives of Ukraine's law enforcement agencies and international institutions.


ARMA has improved the work of the Unified State Register of Assets Seized in Criminal Proceedings.


ARMA will initiate changes to the CPC of Ukraine.


 ARMA Annual Report 2023 is published.
