The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency has completed the selection of a manager for the Flagman shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk.

According to the results of the tender procedure conducted through the Prozorro system, the Management Company “CAMPARITET” consortium became the manager of the non-residential premises complex.

According to the terms of the agreement, 75% of the income from the management of the Flagship shopping center will be transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine. At the same time, the guaranteed payment of the manager will amount to 630,729.82 UAH excluding VAT, regardless of the financial performance.

In late February 2025, ARMA announced a tender to find a manager for the “Flagman” shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk. This seized asset previously belonged to a russian-controlled company and was transferred to ARMA for management by court order.
