According to ARMA Head Olena Duma, two court hearings took place today:

• Kyiv Court of Appeal — regarding the lifting of the arrest on the House of Trade Unions;
• Pechersk District Court — regarding the International Center of Culture and Arts.

In both cases, the pre-trial investigation body is the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), with procedural oversight provided by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

ARMA, in cooperation with law enforcement, is defending state interests — especially after the appointment of managers for these historic properties located in the heart of the capital.

"Each of these assets has its own history. Unfortunately, for years they were used for shadow earnings — while ordinary trade union members had no idea of the profits these properties were generating. That time is over. From now on, each of them will contribute at least UAH 2 million per month in guaranteed payments to the state and up to 99.9% of their profits," Olena Duma emphasized.
