The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (hereinafter - ARMA) and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine signed joint orders "On Approval of the Procedure for the Provision by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine of Information from the State Register of Individuals - Payers of Taxes on Personal Income on the Requests of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes" and  "On Approval of the Procedure for Obtaining the information on Taxpayer Accounts Registered with the Regulatory Authorities by the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes".

Orders determine the procedure for the provision by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine of information from the state register of individuals - payers of taxes on personal income and of the procedure for obtaining by ARMA the information on taxpayer accounts registered with the regulatory authorities.

Documents are sent for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
