ARMA has announced new competitions to select managers for two complex assets— PE «NTC Reduktor» in Kyiv and immovable property in Odesa.

The assets of PE «NTC Reduktor» include corporate rights, movable and immovableproperty. The enterprise specialises in manufacturing of bearings, gear transmissions, mechanical transmission components and drives.

The immovable property includes a workshop building with an area of 4,555.8 sq. min Kyiv’s Sviatoshynskyi district.

In Odesa, a non-residential building with an area of 3,487.6 sq. m, located at 7 Prymorskyi Boulevard, has been put forward for competitive selection.
