Employees of the North-Eastern MTU perform their duties in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy and Luhansk regions, including in the de-occupied territories, territories and areas close to the contact line. This requires special attention to the safety of their lives and health. Therefore, at the initiative of the Head of the North-Eastern MTU YuriyMozgovyi, relevant training was organized for ARMA employees to raise awareness of mine safety.
During the training course, employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region familiarized the staff of the ARMA North-Eastern MDT with the main types of explosive devices, their most common locations and the algorithm of actions in case of finding suspicious objects. Using mock-ups, the training participants learned what different types of explosive devices look like and how to react in dangerous situations.
“Under martial law, the issue of mine safety is extremely relevant. Our employees work in regions where there is a high risk of encountering explosive devices. Therefore, such exercises are not just useful, but vital, as they help save the lives and health of our specialists,” said Yuriy Mozgovoy.
