Deputy Head of ARMA appointed for European integration issues

By Order No. 516/9-03-oc of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes dated 13 August 2025, Yaroslava Maksymenko has been appointed Deputy Head of ARMA for European Integration.

Yaroslava Maksymenko has over 20 years of professional experience in law, state asset management, corporate governance and sanctions policy. Prior to her appointment to ARMA, she held the position of Director of the Property and Sanctions Policy Department at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, where she coordinated the development and implementation of sanctions policy, including the management of sanctioned assets.

At the Ministry of Economy, she was also one of the key developers and coordinators of corporate reform in the public sector — from the introduction of modern corporate governance standards to the implementation of mechanisms for the effective management of state corporate rights and increasing the transparency of state-owned enterprises.

Over the years, she has held senior positions in state-owned and private companies, served on the supervisory boards of leading state-owned enterprises, and participated in the implementation of key reforms in the area of transparent asset sales and management (ProZorro, ProZorro.Sales).
