The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) ensures proper control overthe management of the assets of the IDS Ukraine group of companies, which weretransferred to the Agency’s management on the basis of a court decision.

As a reminder, IDS Ukraine includes such brands as «Morshynska» and«Myrhorodska». The assets belonged to russian oligarch Mykhailo Fridman, who isunder sanctions imposed by Ukraine, the United States, the European Union, theUnited Kingdom and Canada. The assets were seized in 2022 and transferred toARMA for management.

In order to effectively perform its functions, ARMA has requested IDS Ukraine toprovide full reporting information on the results of the companies’ activities for 2025, in particular data on financial indicators, accrued dividends, their amounts, theprocedure for their distribution and actual payments.

Obtaining such information is necessary to ensure proper control over thepreservation of the economic value of the assets, to assess the effectiveness of theirmanagement and to ensure maximum transparency in the use of seized property.

ARMA will continue to take all measures provided for by law to protect the interestsof the state, ensure transparent asset management and prevent the loss of their value.
