Acting Head of ARMA Yaroslava Maksymenko visited the company’s office in Kyivas part of monitoring the management of the seized asset and preparing it for an opencompetition.

IDS Ukraine is one of the leading Ukrainian companies in the bottled water segment, which includes the brands «Morshynska» and «Myrgorodska».

During the meeting with the management, the provision of full financial statementsfor 2025 was discussed, as well as operational issues that may affect the stability ofoperations. Particular attention was paid to aspects necessary to ensure uninterruptedactivity and preservation of the economic value of the asset.

«To ensure effective management, it is important to work with financial documents, as well as to understand both problematic aspects that may affect the productioncycle and the social aspects of the asset’s functioning. This is necessary for propermanagement and control», Yaroslava Maksymenko said.

The asset belongs to a sanctioned person — Mykhailo Fridman, who is undersanctions by Ukraine, the USA and the EU. According to ARMA, this is one of thelargest and most complex assets in the agency’s portfolio due to the scale andstructure of the business.

The next stage is the announcement of an open competition to select a manager. Theselection of a manager for a complex asset in Ukraine will be carried out by a specially created collegial body — the Commission for the selection of a manager forcomplex assets. This procedure has become part of a large-scale reform of seizedasset management, which introduced a clear division of assets into “simple” and“complex”.

The selection will take place through the Prozorro system and, according to theagency’s estimates, may last about two months.

Summarizing the meeting, Yaroslava Maksymenko thanked the company’smanagement for their cooperation and noted: «The purpose of managing a seizedasset is to preserve its economic value, workforce, industrial capacity and to ensurethe uninterrupted operation of the enterprises of the IDS Ukraine group».
