The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) presents the outcomes of the regular meeting of the Commission on the competitive selection of legal entities authorized to sell seized assets.
Based on the Commission’s decision, the winners of the previously announced competitive selections have been identified:
Asset No. 1: Inventory assets consisting of ferrous metal bars and rolled steel products, loaded and stored in 30 railway cars.
Selected entity: TENDER ONLINE PE
Asset No. 2: Glesite weighing 1,480,160 grams and stones weighing 0.673 kilograms, differing in chemical composition from succinite.
Selected entity: TENDER ONLINE PE
Asset No. 3: Inventory assets in the form of 14,673 tons of iron ore pellets.
Selected entity: POLONEX LLC
In addition, new competitive selections were announced following the meeting:
Alumina with a total weight of 6,228 tons
Dismantled cigarette production line
Iron ore pellets with a total weight of 2,389.55 tons, stored in 35 railway cars
Movable property in packaging (mobile phones, laptops, watches, clothing, footwear, etc.)
Movable property in packaging (perfumes, personal care cosmetics, hygiene products, etc.)
DAF FT CF 85 truck tractor and VAN HOOL B22065 tank semi-trailer
ARMA continues to ensure consistency and transparency in the sale of seized assets through competitive selection, in line with the principles of openness, fair competition, and the maximization of state budget revenues.
