The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA) has announced an open competitive selection for an asset manager of the corporate rights and property of the private enterprise “NTC Reduktor,” whose founder and sole beneficial owner is a citizen of the aggressor state.

The company’s assets were seized by a ruling of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv within a criminal proceeding and subsequently transferred to ARMA.

“NTC Reduktor” is an enterprise with significant technical and intellectual potential. With 4,500 m² of production facilities, design and technology departments, a technical control division, and equipment for metalworking, thermal processing, welding, and cutting, the company is capable of manufacturing not only standard gearboxes but also unique gearboxes and drives designed either according to technical specifications or customer documentation.

Previously, ARMA announced a competition to select a valuation expert for the asset. The winner of the competition, LLC “USK-Consulting,” determined the market value of the asset to be UAH 66.3 million.

The selection process is ongoing on the Prozorro platform, ensuring maximum transparency and competition among potential asset managers.
