Starting today, 13 July, applications are being accepted for participation in the competition to form the Civil Oversight Council under ARMA. The application period will remain open until 23 July, inclusive.

Applications from civil society organisations should be submitted by email to rgk@arma.gov.ua.

The Civil Oversight Council (COC) is a permanent collegiate advisory and consultative body established to promote the transparency, openness and accountability of ARMA's activities, as well as to exercise public oversight of the Agency.

As a reminder, civil society organisations are eligible to nominate candidates to the COC if they have been active for at least the past two years in the areas of criminal justice reform, the prevention and combating of corruption or the protection of business rights and interests.

Each civil society organisation may nominate no more than three candidates.

Information on the competition, eligibility requirements for candidates and the list of required documents is available on the ARMA website under the News and Civil Oversight Council sections.

We invite civil society organisations to take part in the formation of the Civil Oversight Council and to work together to strengthen the openness and effectiveness of ARMA.
