Sanatorium “Zhovten”: ARMA rejected the first participant in the tender for asset management

25-06-2025

The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has completed its review of the tender documentation in terms of technical specifications submitted by LLC “Company Constanta 2020,” one of the participants in the tender for the selection of a manager for the seized property complex of the Zhovten sanatorium.

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the submitted materials, the Agency decided to reject LLC “Company Constanta 2020” due to the technical specifications of the tender offer not meeting the requirements of the tender. Significant violations were identified that make it impossible for the company to participate in the selection procedure for the manager.

ARMA emphasises that only honest, professional, and impartial entities may be allowed to manage state assets. No companies that demonstrate low transparency, have links to dishonest practices, or are associated with an aggressor country will be given the opportunity to manage seized assets.

The documentation of the second participant in the competition is currently being reviewed. Each participant will undergo a thorough review to ensure the lawful, effective, and transparent management of the asset.
