Sanatorium with 700 beds in Vinnytsia region: ARMA continues market consultations

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is conducting market consultations on the management of the large trade union sanatorium Khmilnyk, located in the city of the same name in Vinnytsia region.

The asset consists of real estate properties at two addresses in the city of Khmilnyk on Kurortna Street.

The Khmilnyk sanatorium is located in a mixed coniferous forest and specialises in treatment and rehabilitation. Radon mineral water and peat mud are used for therapeutic purposes. The facility has modern medical and diagnostic equipment and a well-developed infrastructure.

The asset includes:

  • 9 sleeping buildings with 700 beds;
  • 2 administrative buildings;
  • a mechanical therapy complex;
  • a dining room and café;
  • a cultural centre;
  • a chapel with a kiosk;
  • a shop, gazebos;
  • premises for alternative medicine;
  • a sports ground;
  • farm buildings, water towers;
  • 5 mineral radon water wells.

The Khmilnyk sanatorium is commercially attractive and will be of interest to companies operating in the sanatorium and resort sector. The property does not require additional capital investment to continue operating as intended.

The asset was seized in 2023 by the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv and transferred to ARMA for management.
