The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has selected the winner of the open competition for the management of the seized asset complex of the “Sonyachne Zakarpattia” sanatorium in Zakarpattia.

The competitive procedure was conducted through the Prozorro electronic system. Based on the results, the right to manage the asset was awarded to LLC «INVESTYTSIYNA KOMPANIYA «TVK».

Currently, the process of signing a management agreement is underway. The agreement provides for the preservation of the sanatorium, maintenance of its proper condition, and the transfer of revenues to the state budget. The terms also include a minimum guaranteed monthly payment of 229,634.06 UAH, while the Manager must transfer 80% of the management income to the state budget.

The “Sonyachne Zakarpattia” sanatorium is well-known for its therapeutic and wellness facilities, which include residential and treatment buildings, mineral water pump rooms, auxiliary premises, and recreational infrastructure. Prior to announcing the competition, ARMA carried out an on-site inspection of the complex and recorded its actual condition.
