The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has initiated market consultations to select an asset manager for a strategic asset — the maritime logistics complex of Agroterminal Logistik LTD, located in Odesa region.

The asset is linked to the former owners of Privatbank JSC CB. It was seized in the framework of criminal proceedings and transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.

The company specialises in logistics services in the agricultural sector, in particular the transhipment, storage and transportation of grain crops. The assets of Agroterminal Logistic LTD constitute an integral property complex, which includes a sea transshipment and storage terminal for grain cargoes with a berth, special equipment, machinery and grain storage facilities.

ARMA invites interested companies (except for the owners of the seized assets and representatives of the aggressor state) to participate in market consultations. To do so, please fill out the form on the Agency's official website and send it to info@arma.gov.ua.

Commercial offers are accepted until 15:00 on 31 October 2025.

The next step after market consultations will be open bidding on the Prozorro platform to select an administrator who will ensure the effective use of the logistics complex and stable revenues from its activities to the state budget.
