The auction for selecting an asset manager for the seized assets of LLC “Betonbud” via Prozorro has been completed. Currently, the participants are being screened, particularly for any affiliation with the russian federation or the owner of the seized assets.

Among the bidders, the proposal submitted by the “Budintehra” consortium was recognized as the most economically advantageous. At the same time, ARMA has initiated the analysis of the submitted documentation.

The decision on whether to approve or reject the proposal will be made after a thorough review, in accordance with the current legislation and ARMA procedures. Each participant undergoes comprehensive vetting to ensure lawful, effective, and fair asset management.

It should be noted that the assets of LLC “Betonbud” include modern equipment for the production of concrete and other construction mixtures, a hangar for storing bulk materials, as well as warehouse and office premises and specialized machinery such as concrete mixers and pumps, which are in high demand in the construction industry.
