Staff of the Central-Western interregional territorial office of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) carried out an inspection of real estate located in the very center of the city of Chernivtsi.
The property, which includes a hotel, technical premises, a building designed for a public catering establishment, and the surrounding landscaped area, was transferred to the management of ARMA pursuant to a ruling of an investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.
The purpose of the inspection was to verify the actual and technical condition of the facilities, document their characteristics, and assess storage conditions. This work is an important part of ARMA’s activities, as it ensures proper accounting of seized assets and creates conditions for their further effective use.
Based on the inspection, all necessary information regarding the assets was collected, and a report was prepared to determine the next steps for these properties.
