During the meeting, Yaroslava Maksymenko reported on the progress of ARMA’s reform. In particular, she briefed the participants on the status of the independent international audit of the Agency and the implementation of a new model for managing seized assets.

The key objective of the reform is to ensure the preservation of the economic value of seized assets, their transparent and effective management, as well as restoring justice by using such assets in the interests of the state.

One of the practical examples of implementing the reform is the open competition for the selection of a manager for the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group (“Morshynska” and “Myrhorodska”).

The Agency is also working to complete procedures concerning other strategic assets, including those linked to Russian capital.

ARMA will continue to implement the tasks set by the Government, introduce the recommendations of the international audit, and develop a modern system for managing seized assets based on the principles of transparency, competition, and effective use of assets in the interests of the state.
