In compliance with the requirements of the ARMA Order, the State Enterprise "Central Laboratory for Quality Analysis of Medicines and Medical Products" (Tsentralna Laboratoriia Z Analizu Iakosti Likarskykh Zasobiv I Medychnoyi Produktsiyi) conducted an internal investigation, which resulted in disciplinary action against the perpetrators. 

As a reminder, the National Agency, after receiving tax advice from the State Tax Service of Ukraine, found violations of tax evasion by the Manager for 2023.

Thanks to the coordinated work of all participants in the process, the State Budget of Ukraine was replenished by more than UAH 500 thousand. The perpetrators were punished with disciplinary measures.
