The Asset Recovery and Management Agency of Ukraine (ARMA) has conducted open competitive procedures via the Prozorro system to select asset managers for the seized property of LLC “Terminal Karpaty.”
Following the competitions, winners were identified for all five lots of the assets located in the Zakarpattia region. The most economically advantageous proposals were submitted by the following consortia:
- Lot 1 – Administrative building in the city of Chop – Consortium "Management Company Penta-Logistic International"
- Lot 2 – Industrial complex in the town of Batyovo, including a hangar, dual-gauge rail access, pumping station, transformer unit, and other facilities – Consortium "Management Company Penta-Logistic International"
- Lot 3 – Office building in the village of Svoboda – Consortium “Ukrtranslogistics”
- Lot 4 – 7 vehicles – Consortium "Management Company Penta-Logistic International"
- Lot 5 – Corporate rights and statutory capital of LLC “Terminal Karpaty” – Consortium “Ukrtranslogistics”
ARMA has launched a thorough review of the submitted documentation. Final decisions on selecting or rejecting bidders' proposals will be made after comprehensive analysis, in accordance with applicable legislation and ARMA procedures. Each participant undergoes rigorous due diligence to ensure lawful, effective, and integrity-based management.
Once winners are officially confirmed, the management of the assets—seized by rulings of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv and the Berehove District Court of Zakarpattia Region—will be carried out by the companies offering the most beneficial terms for the state.
It is worth recalling that prior to the competition, ARMA organized an on-site inspection of the complex through its Western Interregional Territorial Office, and an independent evaluator estimated the market value of the assets at over UAH 190 million.
Thanks to professional asset management, these assets are expected to become a genuine economic growth driver for the region and a significant source of budgetary revenue.
