Land plots located on the Borzhava Polonyna have been offered for sale on the basis of a judgment of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine dated July 5, 2024, within the framework of a special confiscation procedure. The asset has been undergoing the sale process since 2024.

All auctions were conducted automatically through the state electronic system Prozorro.Sale, which ensures equal and open access for all participants.
The organizer of the auctions was LLC “Ukrinvestenergoconsult,” which carried out the valuation of the asset. Applications were submitted via the accredited electronic marketplace “U.Biz”. The sale was carried out in accordance with the general procedures established by law.

ARMA does not conduct direct sales of assets, does not influence the course of auctions or price formation, and does not carry out the identification of participants.
The primary task of ARMA is to recover seized assets to the economy of Ukraine so that the proceeds from their sale serve the state and support the country’s defense needs.

International law explicitly prohibits self-laundering, whereby persons connected to a crime attempt, through auctions or shell companies, to regain assets obtained unlawfully. Such schemes are deemed invalid and unacceptable in international law enforcement practice.

The verification stage of the winning bidders is currently ongoing. No asset will be transferred to persons who, under the legislation of Ukraine, are subject to restrictions or prohibitions on its acquisition or use, in particular persons subject to sanctions or those connected with the aggressor state. Should such circumstances be identified, the auction results will be annulled and the assets will be offered for resale.
