ARMA has announced the second stage of the selection process for the manager of the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group of companies, which includes the producers of the mineral water brands «Morshynska», «Myrhorodska» and «Alaska».
Participants who meet the established qualification requirements are invited to apply. Applicants must have proven experience in managing assets or enterprises, sufficient financial capacity, an impeccable business reputation and the ability to ensure the effective management of this strategic asset in order to preserve its economic value throughout the period of its seizure.
The primary objective of the future manager is to preserve (and, where possible, increase) the economic value of the asset, ensure the stable operation of the companies, preserve jobs and secure revenues for the state budget.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 22 August 2026 at 00:00. Proposals may be submitted through the Prozorro electronic public procurement system via any accredited electronic marketplace operator.

For reference: The IDS Ukraine assets were transferred to ARMA for management pursuant to a court decision. They are linked to Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman, who is subject to sanctions imposed by Ukraine, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.
