The production complex of LLC "UKRTRANSPNEVMATIKA" in Lebedyn, Sumy region, which belonged to the Russian JSC "TRANSPNEVMATIKA", has already been published on Prozorro. The asset was seized and transferred to ARMA's management in accordance with the rulings of the Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy.

Among the seized assets for which the selection of a manager has been announced:

- 100% of the corporate rights of LLC "UKRTRANSNEVMATIKA" with an authorized capital of over UAH 2.2 million

- A production complex with a total area of over 20,000 square meters, including an administrative building, workshops, warehouses and ancillary facilities

- Two land plots with a total area of about 3.55 hectares in the city of Lebedyn

- Special equipment and vehicles

The future manager is obliged to pay a minimum of UAH 2 million per month to the state budget (guaranteed payment), which, in the absence of sufficient income from asset management, is paid at the expense of the manager's own funds.

All interested parties, including foreign businesses that meet the qualification criteria, may submit their proposals for the management of this seized asset.

The assets of the aggressor state will work for Ukraine, strengthening its defense capabilities!
