The process of selecting a manager for the “October Palace” remains ongoing.
This iconic historical and cultural building, located on the hills above Kyiv’s
(Maidan Nezalezhnosti), continues to draw the attention of both potential managers and the public.
On June 2, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine rejected the complaint submitted by one of the tender participants, thereby allowing the competitive selection process to proceed without further obstacles.
At the same time, on June 3, 2025, the Pechersk District Court confirmed the seizure of the asset and its transfer to the management of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
This result was made possible thanks to the prompt and coordinated actions of ARMA, the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), and the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO). We appreciate their cooperation.
For reference, the October Palace has a total area of over 17,500 square meters.
The asset is listed on the Prozorro platform.
ARMA ensures a transparent selection process to attract a professional managercapable of unlocking the full potential of this historically significant site.
The competition is still underway. Details on participation and candidate requirements are available in the Prozorro system.
