On 10 June 2025, a working meeting was held at the administrative premises of ARMA between representatives of the National Agency, the asset manager - consortium “Managing Company KAMparitet”, and representatives of a number of trade union organizations who are tenants of the House of Trade Unions.
The meeting was of an operational and organizational nature and concerned the enforcement of a lawful court decision on the management of a seized asset currently under ARMA’s management.
The participants of the meeting were the director of the Enterprise “Economic Administration of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine” Volodymyr Tsyhanenko, , Head of the Legal Work Sector of the Enterprise Oleksandr Hlushenko, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Workers of the Metallurgical and Mining Industry of Ukraine Bohdan Overkovskyi.
ARMA was represented by Head Olena Duma, Deputy Heads Pavlo Velykorechanin, Stanislav Petrov, Grogol Katamadze and Head of the Legal Support Department Stanislav Kostiuchenko.
ARMA reiterated its full commitment to the principles of legality, open dialogue, and adherence to the Constitution of Ukraine. The Agency acts exclusively within the framework of the law and with respect for the principles of a democratic and social state. Our key objective remains the efficient management of assets in the interests of Ukrainian society, taxpayers, and the state.
ARMA calls on stakeholders not to involve the trade union movement, the veterans’ community, and the public in political or corporate conflicts. Instead, the Agency proposes uniting efforts around common objectives — Ukraine’s reconstruction, support for veterans, development of social partnership, and the protection of employees’ rights.
During the meeting, the manager - consortium “Managing Company KAMparitet” reported numerous requests, received from civil society organizations, veteran’s organizations, innovative sector enterprises, and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, all of whom expressed their readiness to cooperate regarding the lease of premises of the House of Trade Union. Among the initiators were the new-type trade unions, organizations of veterans of russian-Ukrainian war, entrepreneurs in the technology sector, and systemic companies, engaged in restoration of critical infrastructure and the development of social economy.
ARMA is confident that such a reset will contribute to the gradual transformation and reconstruction of Ukraine, where representatives of the state, business, trade unions, veterans, and civil society initiatives will cooperate.
In the future, this space may become an example of modern social partnership — a platform for supporting taxpayers, protecting workers’ rights, and implementing joint strategic recovery programs.
ARMA expresses its gratitude to all stakeholders who took part in the constructive dialogue and remains open to future sectoral meetings to discuss specific areas of cooperation.
The manager invites all stakeholders interested in cooperation on the lease and development of the House of Trade Unions within the state-oriented format, and proposes participation in leasing premises, developing cross-sectoral infrastructure, fostering cooperation, holding joint innovative initiatives, and implementing other projects that will contribute to job creation and Ukraine’s recovery.
