The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has opened a call for proposals from potential managers for the management of 87% of shares of the Joint Stock Company “Dniprovažmash” — one of the largest machine-building enterprises in Ukraine.
The enterprise, located in the city of Dnipro, is an important manufacturer of equipment for metallurgical plants, pipelines, metro systems, and the mining industry.
The company’s assets (87.1017% of shares, industrial equipment, and real estate) were seized and transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
ARMA invites all interested participants to take part in preliminary market consultations and submit their commercial proposals regarding the management of this asset.
To participate, applicants are requested to complete the respective form. Detailed information about the competition is available in the “Asset Manager Competitions” section on ARMA’s official website.
Proposals will be accepted until 15:00 on 2 November 2025.
The asset was seized within a criminal proceeding. According to the investigation, the plant’s equipment had been illegally transferred to the Russian Federation for use in the military-industrial complex. The actions of the suspects have been qualified under Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “Aiding the Aggressor State.”
In addition, during a recent on-site inspection of the seized property of JSC “Dniprovažmash”, ARMA employees identified unlawful use of assets. The materials were handed over to law enforcement authorities, upon which a criminal case was initiated.
