The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched preliminary market consultations regarding the management of the paper products manufacturer PJSC “Segezha Oriana Ukraine”, which was transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Court.
The asset consists of corporate rights of legal entities, real estate, and movable property located in the city of Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region:
- 75% of the share capital of PJSC “Segezha Oriana Ukraine” – valued at UAH 10.4 million;
- 100% of the share capital of LLC “Segezha Packaging Ukraine” – valued at UAH 4.4 million;
- an integrated property complex – industrial buildings and facilities;
- production lines, machinery, technological equipment;
- furniture and computer equipment;
- transport – 8 passenger vehicles.
ARMA invites interested companies (except for the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state) to join the market consultations and submit commercial proposals regarding the management of the asset.
Proposals are accepted until 15:00 on 8 October 2025.

Based on the results of the consultations, clear criteria and qualification requirements for potential asset managers will be formed, and open bidding will be announced in the Prozorro electronic system.
