The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has completed the settlement of a long-standing and complex situation surrounding the seized corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group of companies (including the “Morshynska” brand).
These are assets previously marked by signs of corrupt influence and uncertain management status. After a thorough analysis and legal clarification of all issues, ARMA is moving forward with preparations for a public competition to select an asset manager for these corporate rights.
“We have resolved a situation that had remained unsettled for years. Now the process is back on a legal track, and we are preparing an open competition for the management of IDS Ukraine’s corporate rights. Our goal is clear: the company must operate, the staff retain their jobs, and the state must receive taxes,” — emphasized Acting Head of ARMA Yaroslava Maksymenko.
ARMA has already held a working meeting with the management of IDS Ukraine, during which the parties discussed next steps and the key public priorities — business development, employee support, and financial transparency.
The competition will be announced shortly. Currently, market consultations are ongoing regarding the management of this asset, in which potential managers and investors may take part — details are available in the “Asset Manager Competitions” section.
ARMA continues its systematic work to return assets for the benefit of the state, ensuring transparency and efficiency in combating corruption.
