The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, based on a letter from the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), has decided to transfer 100% of the authorised capital of Lviv Insulator Company LLC to the management of state-owned JSC Ukrainian Distribution Networks in the amount of UAH 11.05 million.

Thus, the Agency supports the justification of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine to transfer the seized asset in the interests of the state to ensure Ukraine's energy security.

As a reminder, in August 2022, Lviv Insulator Company LLC was arrested by the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv City in the framework of criminal proceedings.

Later, on December 22, 2023, ARMA submitted to the CMU a draft decree to transfer the Lviv Insulator Plant to state management.
