The property includes:
- an office center on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, with a total area of 3,115 sq. m;
- non-residential premises on Velyka Vasylkivska Street, with an area of 4 sq. m;
- a group of non-residential premises on Raisy Okipnoi Street, with an area of 5 sq. m;
- non-residential buildings on Zolotovoritska Street, with an area of 6 sq. m;
- two groups of non-residential premises on Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard, with a total area of 2 sq. m.
The Agency's experts are thoroughly reviewing the applicant's documents for compliance with the tender requirements and for any potential connections with former owners or the russian federation. The main objective is to prevent individuals affiliated with the former owners or the aggressor state from taking over the management of the asset.
