The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced on the Prozorro platform an open competition to select a manager for the seized plant LLC “Betonbud” — one of the leading producers of construction materials in Lviv.

The asset consists of:

LLC “Betonbud” is equipped with modern facilities for producing concrete and other construction mixes. It has a hangar for storing bulk materials, office and warehouse premises, a rail spur, and a loading ramp with a concrete pad of 4,738.6 sq. m. The vehicle fleet includes concrete mixer trucks, concrete pumps, and loaders.

This complex is commercially attractive for business, as it holds significant position sin the construction materials market of Lviv Oblast.

ARMA invites participants that meet the qualification requirements (except for the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state) to submit their proposals by 18:00 on 23 October 2025.
