The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced the launch of the procedure to select an asset manager for the Kalush-based paper products manufacturer, PJSC Segezha Oriana Ukraine.

ARMA conducts preliminary market consultations by accepting draft management programmes and commercial proposals from potential candidates.

The asset includes:

• an integrated property complex of the enterprise in the city of Kalush
• production buildings and facilities
• eight vehicles
• production lines and technological equipment
• furniture and computer equipment

The seized asset comprises the corporate rights of the legal entity, as well as movable and immovable property located in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Following the market consultations, the asset will be published on Prozorro for a competitive selection of an asset manager.
