1. Election of the Chairperson of the Commission for the Selection of a Managerof a Complex Asset (Assets), the Deputy Chairperson and the Secretary of theCommission.

2. Development and approval of the Rules of Procedure for the Commission forthe Selection of Managers of Complex Assets.

3. Organizational and methodological matters of the Commission for the Selectionof Managers of Complex Assets.

4. Approval of the Schedule for subsequent meetings of the Commission for theSelection of Managers of Complex Assets.

On 11 May 2026 at 11:00, a meeting of the Commission for the Selection ofManagers of Complex Assets was held remotely via videoconference to consider thedraft announcement of the procedure for selecting a manager of a complex asset – thecorporate rights of the IDS Group of Companies – for the purpose of determining thenecessity of establishing additional qualification requirements.

Agenda:

1. Consideration of the draft announcement of the procedure for selecting a manager of a complex asset – the corporate rights of the IDS Group ofCompanies – submitted by ARMA's letter No. 3891/1-40-26/6.3 dated 8 May2026, for the purpose of determining the necessity of establishing additionalqualification requirements.

2. Other matters (if necessary).
