Reporting corruption
CORRUPTION REPORT
The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes cooperates with persons who conscientiously report possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offences, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
In accordance with the requirements of the Law, taking into account the guidelines of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, ARMA has created secure anonymous communication channels (online communication channels, a dedicated telephone line (IP telephony), e-mail boxes, etc.) through which whistleblowers can submit reports while maintaining their anonymity.
In particular, the following channels can be used to submit reports:
- dedicated telephone line (IP telephony): 044-290-08-54;
- email to the ARMA correspondence address info@arma.gov.ua or email to the Corruption Prevention and Detection Sector of the ARMA central office (hereinafter referred to as the Sector) stopcorr@arma.gov.ua;
- on the official ARMA website;
- in writing to the ARMA address: 1 Borysa Hrinchenko Street, Kyiv, 01001;
- in the ARMA mailbox;
- during a personal appointment with the head (employee) of the Sector in accordance with the schedule of personal appointments, through the Unified Whistleblower Reporting Portal, which is open 24 hours a day, and special telephone lines.
ATTENTION! Reports are subject to review.
The following details must be provided:
- surname, first name, patronymic of the person who allegedly committed the offence, their position and place of work;
- text of the report containing detailed information about the facts of corruption or corruption-related offences, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” that can be verified;
- surname, first name, patronymic, address and signature of the person who sent the report (author of the report).
Information may also be provided anonymously.
An anonymous report of a violation of anti-corruption legislation will be considered if the information contained therein relates to a specific person and contains factual data that can be verified.
At the same time, the absence of contact details makes it impossible to obtain additional information from the author of the report, which may be necessary during the consideration of the report.
