"At the moment, all previous users of the office space in Business Center "Gulliver" have the right to conclude a lease agreement with the managing company. The only issue is the readiness and will of such persons to communicate with the manager", - said the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes during a briefing at the National Agency.
The managing company is ready for negotiations in the nearest future on the conclusion of agreements with all parties concerned, including owners and previous users. Revenues from the lease shall fill the state budget, added the Head of the National Agency.
Following the order of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv on September 28, 2017 through the joint efforts of The Military Prosecutor's Office of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine the National Agency has accepted under managing three floors of the Gulliver Business Center - 31, 32, 33rd, and transferred them to the managing company under the agreement.
Also, Anton Yanchuk noted that the allegations that the owner of the property was not aware of the court order are not reliable because since October 6 last year the Agency has tried to ensure the communication with both the owner and leaseholders of these premises regarding the procedure for the fulfillment of this order.
