The National Agency for Asset Recovery and Management (ARMA) is co-organizing the IV Legal Forum EU-Eastern Partnership 2025, which kicked off today in Warsaw.
The forum was officially opened by ARMA Chair Olena Duma, Polish Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andrzej Szejna, Yaroslav Romanchuk, co-chair of the Organizing Committee and managing partner of EUCONLAW Group, and Andriy Romanchuk, co-chair of the Organizing Committee and senior partner of EUCONLAW Group.
“The war has taught us that justice cannot wait. Every hryvnia recovered from corrupt officials, every dollar seized from criminals is a resource for our victory and reconstruction. That is why our cooperation today is more important than ever,” said ARMA Chair Olena Duma.
The international event will bring together leading experts from 24 countries, including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Great Britain, Ireland, Moldova, Poland, and France, who will share their unique experience in the field of identification, search, recovery, and management of seized assets.
Of particular note is the participation of Jill Thomas, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Balkan Asset Management Interagency Network (BAMIN) and a renowned expert on asset recovery and realization, who will moderate a key panel discussion on the effective management of seized assets.
Janis Bordans, lawyer, Prime Minister of Latvia (2019–2022) and Minister of Justice of Latvia (2012–2014 and 2019–2022), also joined the discussions.
Representatives of the Crown Prosecution Service of Great Britain, including Jenny Bordley and Julie Snell, specialists with unique practical experience in the field of anti-corruption and asset recovery, also participated in the forum.

- Robin Barnett, former British diplomat, consultant, advisor on strategy and business analytics;
- Anzhela Pakholchak, Director of the Control Procedures Department of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Republic of Poland;
- Tomasz Drobek, Expert in the Operational Investigative Department of the Central Anticorruption Bureau, Poland;
- Serhii Bolvinov, Head of the Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv Region.
