Authorized persons of ARMA received full access to the information resources of the Unified State Register of Court Decisions. The relevant Decision of the High Council of Justice dated April 19, 2018 № 1200/0/15-18 “On Approval of the Procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Court Decisions” came into force on October 1, 2018.

Access to the Register will facilitate the fulfillment by the agency of its functions for the finding and tracing of assets that can be seized in criminal proceedings and the management of assets that have been seized in a criminal proceeding.

According to the Special Law, ARMA, in order to fulfill its functions, has access to automated information and reference systems, registers and data banks maintained (administered) by governmental authorities or local self-government authorities.

ARMA already has access to 18 state and public registries and data banks.
