Today, on May 2, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) held consultations with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and other central executive authorities on the beginning of transferring corporate rights and property of JSC "NASOSENERGOMASH Pump & Power Engineering Works" and JSC "Scientific Research and Development Institute of Nuclear and Power Pump Engineering" to the state.

The actual owner and ultimate beneficiary of the said company is a citizen of the russian federation, and according to law enforcement bodies, this plant supplied equipment for the construction and maintenance of nuclear power plants to russia. Therefore, it was arrested as part of the criminal proceedings. Later, the corporate rights and property of the plant were transferred to ARMA for management by court decision.

At present, at the initiative of ARMA, relevant consultations have been held and a roadmap is being developed for the transfer of this asset to the relevant enterprise of Energoatom JSC to ensure the interests of Ukraine.
