03-07-2024

Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has received official confirmation of joining the GlobE Network - a network for the exchange of information between anti-corruption law enforcement agencies with all UN member states and state parties to the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC).

The goal of the GlobE Network is to provide fast and effective tools to promote transnational cooperation in the fight against corruption and the exchange of experience between anti-corruption authorities around the world. This ensures an effective response to global challenges in this area.

Such a step opens new powerful opportunities for ARMA in cooperation with anti-corruption bodies around the world and allows active exchange of information, cooperation in investigations and use of best international practices in the fight against corruption.

GlobE Network membership gives ARMA access to:

  • a global network of authorities and a community of practitioners in the field of asset recovery;
  • direct cooperation with transnational partners;
  • GlobE Secure Communication Platforms (SCP);
  • specialized case-related tools and services designed to assist in transnational cooperation;
  • specialized resources from GlobE and partners, etc.

The joining of ARMA to the GlobE Network is another proof that the whole world sees Ukraine's decisive actions in the fight against corruption. The agency is also ready to work on the implementation of the best international practices in this area. It also demonstrates that international partners recognize the changes and results of ARMA's work, demonstrating their confidence in the Agency and its efforts to ensure transparency and compliance of all processes.
