The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is conducting market consultations with businesses on the management of equity interests (corporate rights) in companies related to the “Morshynska” case.

Following the consultations, the “Morshynska” asset group will be listed on Prozorro. It includes the following companies:

• International Distribution Systems Limited – shares of PrJSC “Myrhorod Mineral Water Plant” with a nominal value of UAH 21.47 million;
• PrJSC “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant ‘Oscar’” – 100% equity interest in the charter capital of LLC “Potuzhnist” (UAH 16.18 million);
• PrJSC “Industrial and Distribution Systems” – 99% equity interest in the charter capital of LLC “IDS Aqua Service” (UAH 990 thousand);
• PrJSC “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant ‘Oscar’” – 100% equity interest in the charter capital of PE “IVA”;
• PrJSC “Industrial and Distribution Systems” – 100% equity interest in the charter capital of SE “Nova.com” (UAH 1.5 million);
• PrJSC “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant ‘Oscar’” – 1% equity interest in the charter capital of LLC “IDS Aqua Service”;
• Equity interests of International Distribution Systems Limited in the form of shares of PrJSC “Industrial and Distribution Systems” with a total value of UAH 4.5 million;
• Equity interests of International Distribution Systems Limited in the form of a 100% equity interest in the charter capital of PrJSC “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant ‘Oscar’” totaling UAH 8.8 million.

Proposals for participation in the market consultations may be submitted until 15:00 on 17 October 2025.
